After Siddhartha Mohanty, who has been appointed as chairman of the firm in April 2023, Sat Pal Bhanoo will be appointed as the new Managing Director of the company. The Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB), which is the overseer of the appointment of directors in state-owned banks and financial institutions, had approved the appointment.
